HumanEdge Staffing seeks a local or travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a full time 13 week contract. At least 1 year of home health experience required.

• Location: Owasso, OK
• Territory: Covers Owasso and Miami
• Contract Details: 13-weeks
• Productivity: 30 units for 40 hours
• EMR System: HomeCare HomeBase

• Provide initial and ongoing assessment to determine level of functioning, including OASIS Assessment
• Develop, revise and implement the OT plan of care
• Impliment therapies to develop and enhance daily living skills and motor functions
• Patient and family education
• Electronic documentation using Homecare HomeBase

• Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university program
• Occupational Therapist Licensure in the state where services will be rendered
• 1+ year of experience in home health
• 1+ year of experience with OASIS
• 1+ year of experience in electronic charting - experience with HomeCare HomeBase strongly preferred
• BLS

All HumanEdge compensation packages are custom made to meet your goals and needs, and will vary for each individual. Packages for contract Therapists typically range from $1800 - $2500 or more per week. Travel stipends are available for those who qualify
