Job Description :

Bob Sumerel Tire Company, a leader in the Commercial Tire Industry for over 52 years, is hiring an Office Assistant / Billing Clerk This position will be based in Erlanger , KY. Excellent growth opportunity for a dedicated and career driven candidate.

Working 7:30am - 3:00 pm Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Perform all billing for the store
  • Help with onboarding of new employees
  • Coding invoices
  • Managing filing system.
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
  • Performing general office clerk duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or associate’s degree.
  • Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Strong Computer skills. Word and Excel a plus
  • Strong attention to detail.

Full benefit package after 90 days. $18 – $22 per hour based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
