Summary:
The Office Coordinator will drive growth and sales supporting our Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Warehouse teams. This individual will be an ambassador of the Tom Drexler Brand by driving our amazing culture and creating positive customer experiences.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Take customer calls for all lines of business, determine needs, and coordinate service calls to ensure they are handled by the closest and most qualified technician.
- Greet walk-in showroom traffic and answer questions on products and services provided by Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air and Electrical.
- Qualifies and schedules in-home appointments for sales team to ensure optimal sales opportunities.
- Works closely with Branch Manager and Warehouse Supervisor to ensure location is staffed appropriately throughout the day.
- Ensure accurate equipment/supply lists and identifies equipment/supplies needed for scheduled jobs.
- Ensure accuracy of data in ServiceTitan and assist techs, install teams and sales with technology needs and data inputs.
- Responsible for maintaining branch cleanliness, office supply stock, and kitchen supply stock.
- Supports recruiting efforts by providing walk-in candidates with employment information and facilitating application process with Human Resources.
- Assist with office reporting, as needed, for home office.
- Receive, record, and secure cash payments.
- Strong customer service skills in-person and over the phone.
- Excellent organizational skill and the ability to pivot quickly between tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Retail sales and/or in-side sales experience is preferred.
- Professional demeanor.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Proficient computer skills (inventory databases, Excel, and word)
