We are looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper who can help us in several areas:
Recording daily deposits
Monthly bank reconciliations
Monthly credit card reconciliations
Monthly excise tax payments
Report & pay quarterly L&I payments
Assist Staff with Quickbooks Online questions
Attend Monthly Finance Team Meeting (via Zoom)
This would entail a 5-10hr/week commitment.
Most of the job could be done on your schedule at your location. You would need to come in 1-2 times/wk to pick up invoices and statements from our office.
