Accounts Payable including vendor relationships, invoice entry and payments. Accounts Receivable collections on self-pay accounts with weekly reporting on cash

Must possess Virginia DEA license; Licensed as a NP or PA in the state of Virginia; Promote teamwork between clinical and administrative staff;

Responsible for handling customer service related inquiries (calls, e-mails, and other correspondence) that come to the Madison Branch Office (MBO).

Paid sick leave as determined by state or local ordinance, prorated based on start date. Manage and own dependencies across teams and vendors.

Current certification in the state of Nebraska. Maintain current certification by attending & participating in training and educational classes.
