Valid driver's license with maintenance of safe driving record and an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements.

American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required. Draw blood specimen, document and prepare specimen for transport to the lab according to lab process

Analyze drawings, specifications, site conditions and other documentation to perform take-offs and review quantities in order to compute accurate project cost,

Valid license to practice occupational therapy. Familiarity with Pediatric Evaluation and Treatment tools. Proven working experience as occupational therapist.

Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation facilities.
