Job Description :

The Professional Services Engineer (PSE) is a creative problem solver and is responsible for implementing technology solutions to solve business problems. To be a successful PSE, candidates must have the ability to work with multiple discipline projects and demonstrate excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Install, upgrade, & migrate Microsoft & vmware servers
  • Create backup & disaster recovery plans
  • Implement M365 & Azure cloud environments
  • Microsoft 365 & Exchange migrations
  • Workstation deployments

Qualifications

  • Passion for implementing technology solutions that make business sense!
  • 5 or more years of recent workstation, server, and cloud experience
  • Current Microsoft, vmware, Cisco, or other professional certifications
  • Resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment
  • Ability and willingness to work in an environment providing 24x7x365 support
  • Proven ability & experience building out server environments
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL, 365, Teams, Exchange, or other server applications
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to carry up to 25 pounds
  • Professional customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
