We are hiring immediately for a Project Finance Associate in the Stamford area- a role that is critical in making sure our employees get the training they need.

What you’ll do:
  • Creating financial models, including tax equity partnership models
  • Assisting in drafting internal approval memos
  • Building Financial modeling in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ad hoc financial analysis to support and guide decision making and negotiations
  • Coordinating and conducting all due diligence review and delivery internally and externally with third party vendors
  • Creating and managing acquisition and project financing closing checklist
  • Manage the NDA process and draft letter of intent for the transaction
  • Maintaining internal project management tools and tracking milestones
  • Conducting industry research, including competitor analysis, market studies
  • Tracking major industry news and logging key metrics in internal database
We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:
  • 2-4 years project finance, investment banking, valuation advisory or other related experience
  • 1+ years of Investment manager or investment banking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Proficiency in Financial modeling, Tax & credits
  • Good understanding of the renewables industry
  • Bachelors degree
