Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our growing team. Holly Construction has been working in Sonoma County since 1984. We are looking to continue providing excellent service to all our clients. We also believe in giving back to our community and a portion of our budget is assigned to multiple local non-profits supporting youth services, homeless services, and special needs.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee Commercial and Residential construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, job costs, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
  • Communicate with the responsible parties to ensure quality construction exceeds company standards and proper industry techniques and processes are utilized.
  • Accurate Quality take off for new estimate and change orders.
  • Supervise construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and exceed the customer’s requirements.
  • Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process from hiring contractors to working with engineers, architects, and vendors.
  • Maintain and update the construction schedules for assigned projects.
  • Perform duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.
  • Walk all projects to monitor progress, accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for processing and tracking the monthly client payment application.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering related field
  • Must be able to understand and interpret architectural and structural plans.
  • Excellent resource, planning, and time management skills
  • Superior management and delegation capabilities
  • High level of financial responsibilities
  • Construction experience 5-10 years

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
