Heavy Civil Project Manager

Location: Indio, CA

Salary: $155K - $200k + Signing Bonus of $5K

Heavy Civil Project Management position in Indio, CA.

7-10 years minimum experience required. Must have experience in Mass Earthwork, Grading, and Concrete Structures such as: Channel Improvements, Reinforced Concrete Box Culverts (RCB), Concrete-Lined Trapezoidal Channels, Rectangular Concrete Channels, Concrete Channel Transition Structures, Upstream inlets and Downstream Outlets, Concrete Headwalls, Wingwalls, Aprons, Buried Side Slope, and Scour Protection, Existing Street Crossings, Utility Relocations, and Street Reconstruction.

Your experience must include managing a Project Budget, CPM Schedule, and organization of major projects in excess of $50M. This experience will make you eligible for a $5K Signing Bonus!

Project Manager- Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• At least 7+ years of experience in project management within the Heavy Civil Construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in project management software such as HCSS, Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards, including OSHA and DOT regulations.

Pay: $155,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
