We are seeking a Regional Sales Representative for our Panels and Components division. This is a key position that requires detailed organization and excellent interpersonal communication skills as well as strong negotiation skills to create, develop and maintain customer and distributor business and professional relationships.

This is a salaried, exempt position that includes commission within the Stevens Panels Sales Department, reporting to the Director of Sales, Panels & Components.

Duties:

· Research the panels and components sales market for potential new customers/distributors that fall within our scope of industry while staying abreast of the trends of the lamination panels and components market

· Continuously contact and build professional relationships with potential customers

· Increase the exposure of Stevens Panels and Components Division by continually networking and marketing within our industry

· Effectively manage the sales projects to ensure customers are receiving quotes and their products on time as well as providing timely updates on the project or product status

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent work experience with a proven track record of success

· Ability to take ownership to drive Panels and Component sales growth with minimal direction once fully trained

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation skills

· Self-starter type of personality with a passion to succeed

· Ability to prioritize tasks and organizational skills to accomplish them in a timely manner
