Unique Construction Project Coordinator Opportunity for Motivated Individual

Income and Benefits:

• Corporate Support and Training
• $3,000 sign on bonus
• Base Salary of $50,000 - $58,000 with Monthly and Bi Monthly Bonuses based on Performance. Total Compensation $65,000+
• Full Benefits Package and 401k

Job Specifications:

• Overseeing all aspects of projects from planning to implementation
• Protecting the customer experience throughout the installation process
• Supervising onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship
• Ordering and delivering materials to jobsite

Candidate Requirements:

• MUST have relevant experience supervising ON-SITE construction personnel
• Hands on residential roofing experience preferred
• Moderate computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Must be able to lift 65lbs
• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to manage large volume of projects
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Manager in Training Responsibilities:

• Scheduling project installations with customer after sale has been finalized
• Confirming contract obligations and non-contract obligation with the buyers
• Managing multiple subcontractor crews effectively and efficiently
• Collecting funds and follow up for all jobs under 60 days
• Controlling material and labor cost
