Job Description :

Hilliard Office Solutions is looking for Sales Account Executives for the Permian Basin, Texas region.

Successful candidates must be entrepreneurial-minded and take pride in achieving individual objectives and measurable results through helping businesses save and contributing to the team goal. The outside sales consultants will serve customers by offering a variety of IT solutions and technologies including Managed IT, VOIP, Hardware, software, and print solutions. We represent such vendors as HP, Microsoft, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Intermedia, and Konica Minolta. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. This is a profitable growth opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Qualifications:

  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet sales goals
  • Prospecting presentation skills and
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to learn Product knowledge
  • Computer use competency
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities:

  • Daily cold calls and networking
  • Identify selling opportunities and evaluate the customer’s needs.
  • Create frequent reports with sales, quotes, and financial data.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
  • Continue learning the industry throughout your career by attending meetings, sales events, and training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year

  • Presentation skills: 2 years (Required)
  • Sales Experience: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
