Candidate must have a reliable mode of transportation as candidate will be expected to visit active construction sites. Training will be provided as needed.

Must possess a private drivers license. College degree in applicable field (i.e., math, biology, chemistry) is required. Reports to: Quality Control Manager.

Manage requisitions and develop appropriate recruitment strategies with hiring managers (i.e.: advertisements, internet). 401(k) with annual company match.

Experience staffing and hiring field teams. Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations, and company policy. Position is subject to travel.
