Third Space Distribution is Syracuse’s newest craft beer wholesaler focusing on distributing the growing number of creative, small-scale New York Craft breweries. Our goal is to provide these small brewers access to the best craft beer bars, restaurants and bottle shops throughout the Empire State. Our distribution business is also complemented by our direct to consumer, e-commerce storefront, Drink NY Craft.com. Together, we plan on reaching the state’s most passionate craft beer drinkers bringing these exciting brands delivered directly to their front door.
Third Space is seeking a Sales Manager to add to the Leadership Team who will help drive the business and expand operations throughout New York state. This hybrid position is based out of Syracuse and will require office time, remote work and outside sales.
Third Space is seeking an individual that is passionate about craft beer and has a vibrant, outgoing, and positive attitude about working in a fast paced, start up environment. The ideal candidate is someone that is excited to work together as a team and help build a company from the ground up. This is a Leadership position that reports directly to the CEO. This person will be a key player responsible for establishing an account base, working with supplier partners, and beginning to implement an operational plan that is capable of providing excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will drive the sales funnel and work to establish an account base and achieve distribution targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building the growth strategy and hiring a team of Business Development Representatives that will manage and service a growing account base throughout New York state.
This position is 5 days per week, M-F with occasional evening and weekend day work. Sales Manager will be required to attend important craft beer industry events throughout the territory and support craft beer festivals tasting our supplier brands to craft beer enthusiasts.
Compensation is Base Salary plus Bonus + Commission. Commensurate based on experience.
