Being apart of the buying experience and assisting customers to find their brand new car truck or SUV is hard work, but it is exciting and fun and so worth the effort! First - We have honed in our marketing skills so that we can sell both locally and nationally. On any given day, we usually have at least 3-4 cars being delivered out of state... and many more in house or to Missouri residents. This means that we can match our Sales Consultants potential with the number of leads they can handle. This also means that, like owning a business within a business, you will get out of it whatever you put in! Craft your sales skills more, put in more effort, sell more and MAKE MORE. If you put in the work, we'll make sure you get all the leads you can handle!!

Second - We are able to provide work hours that allow for a very important work-life balance. Most dealerships close at 7 or 8pm. We close at 6pm Mon-Fri. PLUS you get a rotating SATURDAY OFF! We have seen our sales staff be extremely successful at making over 6 figures a year with this schedule. We believe that is because they avoid the burn out that can come with those long city sales hours. As a team, we give it all we've got, and that can add up to more than just longer hours.

Third - We provide a very competitive pay plan with lots of volume bonuses and contests! We try to keep it exciting and our sales people's average per car is something we are very proud of! But on top of a great pay plan, we are proud to offer a Matching 401K (with an up to 4% match), vacation time, and major holidays off!! When most dealers are having big July 4th and Labor day sales, we are happy to see our team get that extra family time. Knowing we'll all come back in ready to rock!
