Responsibilities:

• Provides tactical troubleshooting of software deploymenting and OSD imaging problems with support of senior technicians
• Work directly with the Help Desk staff to support SCCM related issues
• Use SCCM to add systems to collections, create update packages for Microsoft security bulletins/hot fixes and create packages for 3rd party software
• Work with key platform vendors (Microsoft, HP, ) for support to resolve issues platform strategy development
• Provides ongoing operation/support of enterprise-wide applications, databases, and technology
• Configures, deploys and maintains server or application infrastructure interfaces with vendors as needed
• Participates in planning and execution of new systems implementation/ deployment
• May Develop and maintain intermediate/ average programs or scripts, including ongoing maintenance of existing scripting library
• Under direction, monitors systems performance and capacity and resolves issues
• Plan, design, and implement software deployments via SCCM
• Assess existing SCCM infrastructure to provide recommendations, and research and integrate new technologies or upgrades that will improve the overall quality of service while reducing total cost of ownership

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
