We are looking to fill the role of Senior Accountant! This position will work out of our corporate office in Seattle, WA. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the responsibilities for this role will include the following:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and reconcile bank Borrowing Base Certificate daily by 8:30am
• Control and prepare daily reconciliation statements for 10/+ accounts. Follow up on all reconciling items
• Support the month end closing of financials and preparation of monthly consolidated G/L accounts
• Prepare monthly financial statements for Related Party
• Prepare timely month end reconciliations of G/L accounts as assigned
• Reconcile loan interest monthly
• Month End Bank Account Reconciliation for 10/+ accounts
• Act as backup in accounting, cross train in AP, AR and Costing
• Provide support to external auditors on audit engagements
• Monthly credit card review & day to day management
• Review expense report coding via Concur
• Prepare and analyze monthly expenses
• Departmental projects as assigned

Experience & Skills:

• 3 to 5 years of G/L accounting experience in a multi-national corporation
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and proficient knowledge of consolidations and financial statement preparation is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Ability to work independently on several projects simultaneously
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V Lookups)
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX desirable.
• Experience working with Cashpro, or other banking portals desirable.

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Accountingor Finance
• CPA preferred, but not require

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
