Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the situation.

Coordinate calendar for internal firm meetings and client calls/communications. Follow up emails as needed to disseminate the firms marketing materials.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree in marketing or a design-related field and 3-6 years of experience.

Provide a timely response/follow up to customer inquiries, via the telephone and in writing, regarding their banking needs. 40 hours per year Paid Time Off.
