Senior PC Technician

Southwestern Power Administration contracts with Wyandotte Nation’s Wyandotte Technologies for Information Technology services support. Wyandotte Technologies has a long-term opportunity open for a Senior PC Technician in Tulsa, Oklahoma supporting Southwestern Power Administration.

Responsibilities:

· Installation, diagnostics and troubleshooting for desktop software and hardware including peripheral devices

· Able to function independently and produce results that meet standards of quality, timeliness and acceptability

• Excellent comprehension and impeccable adherence to processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and follow through with clients and team members
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Excellent researching capabilities to find fixes and recommend improvements
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Excellent work ethic. Willing to do whatever needs to be done to personally succeed and help the team succeed

· Experience with Windows 10

· Experience with Office 365

· Experience with Microsoft desktop products

· Experience with iPhone setup and troubleshooting

· Monthly Patching (Windows and other 3rd party applications)

· Inventory tracking

· Active Directory support such as password resets and group policies

· Configuration Compliance (testing and implementation)

· Ghost or other imaging software

· Malware support

· Anti-virus support

· Media sanitation

· Building desktops and laptops

· Restoring desktops and laptops

· Experience performing repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting on Windows and Apple machines

· Minor LAN hardware architecture (link speeds, NIC configuration)

· Local and network printer installation and configuration

Education Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree, computer specific; or CompTIA A+ certification or a minimum of 4 years work experience in above listed responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• Some work may include evening and/or weekend hours
• Some travel may be required
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• No relocation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $66,000.00 per year
