Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

1What Is the Opportunity?
Excess Casualty offers protection against unforeseen catastrophic losses where additional layers of insurance are needed–from devastating auto accidents to product liability claims, which can result in multimillion-dollar lawsuits. The Account Executive Officer (AEO), Excess Casualty will partner with agents and brokers to provide coverage for new and renewal business based on customers' needs. This role is seen as a technical resource. As an AEO, you are decisive, detail-oriented, and know how to build relationships internally and externally to drive results. Your ability to independently assess complex risk and sell our products in challenging markets will contribute to the profitability and success of Travelers.What Will You Do?
