Firepan Korean BBQ in Falls Church, VA is looking for a server/staff to join our team. We are located on 6793 - C Wilson Blvd. inside the Eden Center. Our ideal candidate is a good customer service, kind, self-starter, motivated, and reliable.

Payment (Weekly)

Host

· Hourly starting from $15 + 4% of servers TIP ( Weekly)

Server

· Hourly $2.50 + TIP ($20-$50 depend how busy)

Server Responsibilities

· Setting the table

· Presenting the menu and helping guests select food

· Delivering food to tables

· Educating guests on cooking times and assisting with grilling meats

· Delivering a great customer experience

Host Responsibilities

· Answering the phones and booking reservations

· Greeting customers and making them feel welcome

· Seating guests in a timely manner

· Estimating wait time for guests

· Cleaning menus and maintaining a clean host stand

· Restroom checks to ensure we provide a clean bathroom for guests to use

· Creating server sections and communicating with the servers on reservations

Qualifications

· Ability to listen and communicate effectively

· Able to multitask efficiently

· Able to stand for long hours of time

· Able to lift up to 15 pounds

· Strong organizational skills

· Experience as a Server, Waitress, Waiter or host
