The Sourcing Manager is responsible for all sourcing, demand planning, order processing and scheduling necessary to support CEFCO’s new store construction teams.

General Responsibilities:

• Creates sourcing strategies that produce savings, reduce risk, and meet new store construction targets.
• Identifies and executes cost reduction initiatives.
• Routinely issue RFP’s and negotiate with suppliers.
• Manages overall contract process from authoring/redlining to ensuring contract obligations are met.
• Performs advanced quantitative and business process analyses to identify financial and operational impact.
• Leads quarterly business reviews with key suppliers and pushes for continual improvement.
• Maintains new store equipment BOM’s and MRP demand planning to support new store construction schedule.
• Coordinates 3PL truck load shipments and logistics for new construction stores, and partners with inventory team to prepare outbound lot shipments and warehouse operations.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define KPIs and SLAs
• Issues purchase orders and resolves blocked invoices, delays, RMA’s, damaged equipment, etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply chain, or related discipline, 5+ years’ experience working in one or more of the following:

• Purchasing/Procurement
• Supply Chain management or Operations
• Finance and strategy

Must have the following: extensive project management and organization skills, remarkable problem-solving skills with a bias for speed, advanced skills in MS Office Suite – specifically Excel with recent experience working with large data sets, pivot tables, and SQL, strong analytical abilities, professional level communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), must be detail oriented and self-motivated, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
