Gates Hudson is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist to join our growing corporate team. The ideal candidate will have experience with UKGPro.

• Responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of all employees, including but not limited to background and reference checks, issuing job offer letters, conducting new employee orientation, exit interviews, and all internal communications.
• Conduct training sessions to develop managers and manage compliance training for all employees and properties
• Assist with the preparation and implementation of the compensation and performance review process
• Recommend process improvements to HR programs and workflows, such as onboarding, training, performance review process, and record-keeping, to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
• Ensure compliance for hiring and reporting including Annual EEO-1 and VETS 4212 reporting
• May be assigned to various project to advance the development of the department and support ad hoc needs
• Provide daily HR operational support to employee inquiries
• Manage the HR Help Desk
• Perform internal schedule audits of HR files and records as directed by the VP, HR to ensure data integrity
• Assist in analyzing trends and metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience
• Ability to build relationships and be an integral business partner with organizational leadership
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to present ideas and information clearly and concisely
• Ability to work independently, take direction, receive feedback, and execute accordingly
• Excellent customer support skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage numerous responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
• Highly motivated, self-starter, team player, with positive attitude
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
