Description: SUMMARY
Costco Auto Program is seeking an enthusiastic, focused, and experienced Operations Director with a strong background in Product Management who posessess a proven business acumen and technical expertise to join our team.. The role will assist with leading efforts to drive dealer engagement by consulting and deploying best-in-class solutions. Ideal candidates can elicit business needs and translate them into technical requirements to be implemented. Candidates must be passionate advocates of elevating customer experience, understanding the business drivers, and what's possible in the technology arena to support company objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively engage key stakeholders to drive roadmap creation and business requirements definition
  • Assess and manage scope of work, decomposing high level business requirements into stories
  • Build relationships with technical leaders and business stakeholders to enhance collaboration, information sharing, decision-making and influence the product development lifecycle
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress; ensure executive are aware of any potential roadblocks or inability to deliver as committed
  • Work with complex formulas
  • Assess and manage scope of work, decomposing high level business requirements into stories
  • Lead product enhancement process through review, prioritization, product development milestones, product launch, and results measurement
  • Support the definition of processes and policies, supply business rules and procedures, and communicate the contexts in which the rules, processes and polices are applied.
  • Provide input for the design and construction of test cases and scenarios and may also validate executed test results.
  • Provide input into and execute user documentation and training material.
  • Resolve issues relevant to project deliverable(s) within their area of expertise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of work
  • 6+ years’ experience as a Product Manager
  • Experience in a SCRUM/Agile environment writing stories as a product owner
  • Analyzing, clarifying, and translating client business and functional requirements
  • Managing scope of work and change management efforts
  • Knowledgeable, and hands-on expertise in:
  • Business process and data analysis, functional design, modeling, product development processes, and software testing
  • Leading projects from start to finish, concept to launch
  • Development and execution of product roadmaps
  • Documenting current and future state business process flows
  • Technical troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Customer focused with high quality standards
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
