We're looking for a System Administrator.

The right candidate will have experience in the following areas:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years of IT experience including database, network administration, and Windows system administration. Additional relevant experience, training or certifications may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Thorough working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent including configuring, deploying and patching
  • Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools
  • Strong knowledge of developing and implementing IT strategies and best practices in IT operations including cyber security, storage, data protection, disaster recovery and business continuity
  • Possess advanced knowledge in designing, administering, and supporting computer systems and software, preferably the Microsoft suite of enterprise software
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Project management experience desired
  • Must be willing to work hours outside of a regular schedule
  • Good communication, documentation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledgeable and experienced with Active Directory Server and DNS
  • Experience managing and maintaining workstation, server, and printer hardware
  • Solid customer service and interpersonal skills
  • CompTIA Network+ preferred


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, ONE drive, Teams and entire domain administration
  • Configure and maintain VMware ESXI 7.0, vCenter, VMs and SAN storage solutions, VxRail systems
  • Install and maintain HP and Dell Power Edge Servers in datacenter. Be familiar with ILO and IDRAC
  • Design and maintain an Active Directory and network, forest, and domain infrastructures
  • Implement GPOs, manage and monitor DHCP, DNS, KMS, and certificate services
  • Configure and administer Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019, IIS, WDS
  • Possess a firm understanding of Windows security, file system permissions, file sharing and printing
  • Administer Google workspace/GSuite domain administration, user management, drives, docs, etc.
  • Administer and maintain Veeam backup and restore solutions and WASABI cloud
  • Maintain ISONAS access management system, Ubiquiti cameras, Unifi Wi‑Fi access points and controller
  • Familiar with Barracuda Firewalls, Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti switches management and maintenance
  • Administer CrowdStrike endpoint protection and Ninja RMM tools for patch management and scripting
  • Administer RingCentral VoIP and Contact Center solutions, creating & maintaining IVR workflows, user extensions & ring groups
  • Administer SAMSUNG Knox Manage MDM solutions for Android and iOS mobile devices
  • SQL database administration and PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Administer Verizon Wireless, Apple business manager, and eFax accounts
  • Set up user accounts, workstations, and tablets
  • Triage and resolve ad-hoc support tickets from end users
  • Provide input and best practices on disaster recovery, business continuity, security, and risk mitigation
  • Supervise Level 1 Helpdesk role ensuring trouble tickets are resolved, documented, and properly closed out
  • Maintain, supplement, and keep current all technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies
