We are seeking Technical Support Representatives who play a vital role in ensuring our customers have the level of support and assistance they have come to expect from Quantum. We are looking for team members that will be able to field phone calls and help in person requests for technical support.

Responsibilities

• Field support calls, emails, and other communications from end users regarding software, connectivity, printing, and similar concerns.
• Use knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems.
• Identify and investigate user problems and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Communicate with the customer your findings and best practices for future use.
• Collaborate with team members for research and resolving problems.
• Maintain knowledge of technology trends and innovations. Keep company apprised of new trends.
