We are seeking a Technology Support Specialist for our Support Center in Mount Pleasant, Michigan who is highly detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, and is self-motivated. Technology Support Specialists are responsible for entering and editing service requests, assisting with hardware/software/networking needs, documenting processes, performing new user and computer setups, and more. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong time management skills.

You Have:

• Two or more years' experience troubleshooting various hardware and software issues, network scanners, printers, and accessories
• Working knowledge of networking printers and scanners
• Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask
• Proven customer service skills
• Strong email and telephone etiquette
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
