Job Title: Tier 3 Network Administrator
Start Date: ASAP
Terms: contract, 6-12 months
Pay Rate: $65/hr.-$70/hr.
Location: Arlington, VA onsite 5 days/wk.
Interview Process: 30 min screen w/ manager, 30 min w/ Solutions Architect, 1 hour client interview

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to manage day-to-day operations and escalation tickets for a commercial client undergoing a network upgrade. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wired and wireless networking, with extensive experience in Meraki wireless, switching, and firewall technologies. In addition to technical skills, excellent communication and customer service skills are essential to this role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the corporate network and Wi-Fi from our Arlington, VA location
• Resolve escalated cases as needed
• Handle patching and port management

Requirements:

• CCNA certification required, with CCNP strongly preferred
• Extensive experience with Meraki wireless, switching, and firewall technologies
• Mobility experience required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
• History of providing excellent customer service
