5+ years experience in operations or general management. Supervise Call Center operations to consistently ensure impeccable customer service.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for product and hardware design, development and implementation as well as testing new product lines.
Partner with the engineering, analytics, and design teams to define product requirements, and write stories/tickets to drive continuous delivery of new features
Strong technical skills, such as typing, and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Answer phones and direct callers as needed.
The Building Maintenance Tech will maintain the Warehouse/Distribution facilitys electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural, and building automation systems.
