Responsible for handling customer service related inquiries (calls, e-mails, and other correspondence) that come to the Madison Branch Office (MBO).

Assist with attorney time entry. Must have knowledge of litigation and perform secretarial duties, including e-filing. Knowledge of document management systems.

Wound care experience is highly preferred, but not required as wound care training and certifications will take place upon hiring.

Work with department managers and leadership to design an organizational structure adequate for achieving each department's goals and objectives.

Strong project management skills demonstrated in a technical field such as scientific instrumentation, medical equipment or related industry.
