Who we’re looking for.

Our Account Director will be a core and strategic team member and work in close collaboration on multiple client accounts. You will manage external and internal communication for clients and our firm, be a project manager, content contributor, relationship developer and everything in between.

How you’ll spend your time.

Our small team works collaboratively. We like to support one another and our clients throughout the day. We stay connected through virtual and in-person meetings. We collaborate using Slack and Google. We use all Apple products. Your role will be 80% client support and 20% agency focused. We need someone who is flexible and willing to share their skills for the good of the group – so your exact role may evolve based on your specific skill set and capacity.

You will get to do it all.

  • Writing/ editing/ client communications
  • Design/ production for events and meetings
  • Project planning/ project management/ scheduling meetings
  • Event planning/ Hotel contracts/ managing vendors/ event production
  • Researching/ developing strategy for each client
  • E-newsletter development/ Content design
  • Development of survey instruments/ data analysis
  • Website updates/ content management/ database management
  • Member services for clients/ customer support
  • Preparing scripts/ talking points/ meeting materials for clients

We’re going places (literally).
We ask all of our team members to be willing to travel. We have clients all across the nation. You can expect domestic travel approximately 5-6 times per year, for 2-5 days, including weekends. We plan ahead and compensate accordingly. You will typically know about these trips some months in advance.

Are you the right fit?
Our dream candidate meets (most of) the criteria below.

  • Bachelor’s degree + in business, communications or another relevant field.
  • Professional experience of three+ years (Applicable experience includes but is not limited to: marketing,business management, public affairs, etc.)
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech savvy with Apple devices and applications.
  • Experience with PM software is a plus.
  • And, ideally have the ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
