Sales/Customer Service Representative

Schwegman Storehouse in Batesville, Arkansas is looking to add to our team a full-time Accounting and Customer Service Representative. Our ideal candidate is friendly, energetic and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Duties will primarily include answering customer calls, waiting on walk in customers, order entry, billing, and dispatching.

Good written and verbal communication skills (including telephone etiquette), solid planning and organizational skills, and the ability to keep detailed documentation are all a must.

Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers
• Create orders and invoices
• Answer phones
• Dispatching
• Answer customer billing and invoicing questions
• Provide exceptional customer service to each customer
• Follows standard operating procedures to provide excellent customer service and to maintain and improve orders
• Communicating information to other team members
• Ensure accuracy when ordering and dispatching

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Attention to detail. Professional phone etiquette
• Ability to multi-task and maintain key performance
• Ability to make informed decisions
• Customer Service and billing experience
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Investigate order problems and respond to customers in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
