This person is required to have an associate's degree in Finance or Account, or 2 years of experience or the equivalent of education and experience. The assistant will have great attention to detail, experience with Microsoft Suite (primarily in Excel), the ability to multitask and handle being responsible for multiple projects. The position will primarily be in accounts payable. Responsibilities include: entering data into spreadsheets, processing invoices and receipts, prepare data for journal entries as well as adjusting the entries. Spanish bilingual is a plus.
