Neeeco LLC is hiring a full-time Accounting Assistant in Wilmington, MA

Accounting Assistant Description:

An ideal candidate would have 1+ years of accounts receivable and/or accounts payable experience and would report directly to the Accounting Manager. This is a great opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper/accountant to join a great team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Process daily receipts for credit card purchases
  • Print Accounts Payable checks.
  • Apply payments received from vendors and customers into QuickBooks and our CRM
  • Other accounting duties as assigned by management

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in accounts payable and accounts receivable in QuickBooks Desktop
  • Proficient in Google Drive and Google Sheets and Excel

Education and Experience:

  • One year or more of related experience required.

  • $40k-50k Base salary, depending upon skills and experience.
