Family-Owned Residential Service Company is looking for a Part-Time Accounting Assistant

The Accounting Assistant will provide exceptional support to the Accounting Manager by performing a range of general clerical and accounting functions. In this position, you will be responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciling accounts and banking.

Our ideal Part Time Accounting Assistant will have:

• 1-2 years’ experience using Quick Books
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• High organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Service Titan experience a plus

Job Duties of our Part Time Accounting Assistant:

• Entering invoices into Quick Books
• Reconciling accounts
• Making bank deposits
• Assist in month end closing
• Organization and filing
