Disseminate incoming mail and packages, including paperwork from field staff, Including outgoing mail, FedEx, UPS, etc. Maintain automated answering system.

Proactively identify potential problems in the field; develop alternatives; provide an optimum solution in the RFI or ask design team for direction.

ALL members of the team are expected to act in a professional, and customer service oriented manner while in uniform and on work property.

Coordinate and collaborate with Company management as necessary to ease the implementation of commercial meeting initiatives.

Analyze and update inventory reports and customer behaviors to develop forecasts and key performance reports. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
