Responsible for month-end and year-end general ledger close, the 401k plan, ESOP, office payroll processing, payroll tax returns and payments, oversight of AP, AR, driver payroll, and other duties as needed while ensuring all are processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with GAAP and government regulations. Assist monthly and yearly general ledger close in accordance with GAAP and company deadlines.

Must Have knowledge of:

General ledger journal entries.

Knowledge of payroll functions and payroll taxes.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.

· At least three to five years of related experience required.
