Pressed Café Chelmsford is quick service café, opening this coming January. We are looking for a Bar Manager/Bartender who values teamwork and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job title: Bar Manager/Bartender

Results to be achieved by this Bar Manager/Bartender position:

• Accurately ring in orders and take payments for guests
• Ability to keep the bar area/surrounding stations clean and sanitized
• Exhibit friendly and high-quality service to customers
• Deliver food and drinks to guests in the dining room
• Be able to answer all frequently asked questions
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
• Work closely with other team members to achieve Good Food, Good Coffee and Good Service!

Qualifications necessary for the Bar Manager/Bartender position:

• Cashier experience in a quick-service restaurant is preferable
• Proven management skills with exemplary organizational, time management, communication and customer service skills
• Schedule flexibility with weekend availability
• Bartending experience necessary

Hours available for the Bar Manager/Bartender position:

• Bar hours: 11 am-10 pm Monday-Friday
• Bar hours: 10 am-10 pm Saturday and Sunday
