Our firm has again been engaged to find an Accounting Manager for a fantastic publicly traded specialty manufacturer. This position is a mix of remote and in-person work. Your role would be a mix of supervising 2-5 staff, month-end and quarterly close, and implementing a new ERP system over the next year. You would work under a seasoned Controller, and be part of a larger consolidated group. We will consider candidates straight from public accounting with an audit background. The desired compensation range is up to $110k base salary, plus annual target bonus and generous benefits. Relocation assistance is available if desired.

Responsibilities:

• Full charge plant level accounting, and supervision of two staff
• Managing monthly, quarterly and annual closing of the books
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assist in an ERP implementation, including validating and testing data
• Plan and interact with external and internal auditors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance or economics
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint, and ability to mine data
• CPA or CMA not required, but are highly desirable

Pay: $85,000.00 - $111,000.00 per year
