We are looking for an accounting support person that is looking for a long term opportunity to support our accounting division and to grow with our company.
We just opened our new state of the art facility in the spring of 2022 and need dynamic people to work with our existing staff and customer base.
Job responsibilities include daily accounting support, AR collections, pre-lien's, mailing invoices, matching, emailing statements/invoices, new credit applications, ordering of office supplies and filing.
Some previous experiance would be benificial, but we are looking for an entry level support person, so high level accounting is NOT required.
Skills would include basic operation of email (outlook), word, excel.
