The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading Rigid Automations engineering department, managing all aspects of controls engineering functions including

Triage and respond to tickets created through the ticketing system in a timely and courteous manner, resolve or escalate as appropriate and document steps taken

This individual will maintain the general ledgers of assigned entities, support quarterly and annual internal and external audits, complete monthly account

*Resident Experience -* Positive, pleasant, and tactful interactions with residents, staff, and facility guests. Must live in the service area.

Past experience with electrical / plumbing / contractor/ construction office work is a plus.*. Proficiency in on-line computing and data entry(Quickbooks).
