Accounts Payable Specialist - Partially Remote!

Jefferson Wells is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our Premier Client.

Duration: Contract to Hire

Location: Hybrid: Remote/St Paul Office

Required Skills:

Accounts Payable processing

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word

Strong communication (written and verbal) and vendor relationship skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to handle a high volume of work and meet deadlines

Positive attitude with an ability to work well with other team members, and both internal and external customers

Nice to Have (Not Required):

Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or Equivalent Experience

Accounts Payable Specialist (APS) or Certified Accounts Payable Associate (CAPA) certification

Experience with SAP, JD Edwards or Coupa
