PentaHealth is an independent, physician-led family of dedicated providers located throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and we are looking for advanced practitioners to join our team.

PentaHealth is currently looking for a full-time Primary Care Advanced Practitioner to join their team. The Advanced Practitioner will focus on providing exceptional preventative and acute care to patients of all ages. The Advanced Practitioner will evaluate and interpret lab results, perform physical examinations and routine procedures, prescribe medications, perform diagnostic tests and screening evaluations, focus on sick visits and provide exceptional quality care to all our patients.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must along with great bedside manner. Enthusiasm and compassion for our patients is essential. We currently utilize a fully integrated EMR system (AllScripts) and offer a friendly environment along with an excellent benefits package.

Five years of related experience is preferred and must be licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of PA and possess a certification as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner. A master’s degree from an approved Nurse Practitioner program is required. Salary commensurate with experience.
