Essential Job Functions Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Representative Functions

• Training by the best sales trainers in the industry to sell pest control service to target prospects.

• Sales representatives work from May through August (flexible start and end dates for students).

• Travel with your team to one of our nearly 40 branches across the nation and experience a new city for the summer (you will be accommodated with a furnished apartment provided to you by Aptive)

• Compensation based on commission, no cap on earnings

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must be 18 years or older. Someone who enjoys working and collaborating in a team environment. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. Need to have the ability to work hard and maintain a good attitude and strong mindset. Willingness to learn, grow, and be challenged. Relocate for the summer (spouses and families are welcomed). Are driven to succeed and hungry to reach personal and company goals. Need to be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.

Education and Experience

No sales experience necessary, but it is always preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older.
