Territory Sales Representative- Full Time

Our growing business seeks an experienced, motivated Territory Sales Representative to present products and services to potential and established clients, identifying specific consumer characteristics and recommending ways to promote and sell products in the Bloomington-Normal area. We’re looking for a professional who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge and the successful candidate will receive on-the-job training working in a supportive and productive environment. Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales and marketing plan which will meet both personal and business goals expanding manufacturer product penetration in the Territory

· Plan and follow-up on all Territory calls

· Build key end-user relationships

· Schedule regular appointments with customers to review product needs and new opportunities

· Create a marketing plan to cultivate business through individual efforts and dealer relationships

· Develop a growing sales pipeline, organize and update junctures and opportunities

Skills and Competencies:

· 1-3 years sales experience

· Industry knowledge

· Excellent communication skills, detail orientation, above average follow-through.

· Positive and motivated self-starter, process-oriented with a high attention to detail and sense of urgency.

· Reliability and proven time management is necessary

· Driver’s License and travel required
