Insurance Agency Marketing (IAMS) has been around for 37 years and is one of the largest, independently owned Insurance Marketing Organizations in the country. We are experiencing significant growth and as a result, we are looking for Annuity or Life Insurance Sales Support Associates to join our Annuity team and Life team to help support this growth. Annuity Or Life Insurance Sales Support Associate – Omaha, NE
This position will provide support in recruiting prospective licensed insurance agents/producers to contract with IAMS by explaining the advantages of our annuity products or life products in the areas of case design, marketing programs and business development, and processing those calls. Our clients (agents/producers & carriers) are nation-wide, so all communication, correspondence and client relationships are phone based in the office.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Recruit licensed insurance agents / producers to conduct business with IAMS through call campaigns, emails, webinars and other means
· Work with licensed insurance agents / producers across the country to promote the annuity or life insurance carriers that we represent and their products
· Determine which annuity or life products may be of interest and provide product features & benefits
· Provide annuity product recommendations to agents / producers for their assessment of suitable client needs
· Proactively identify, generate and follow-up on leads on prospective agents / producers
· Educate agents / producers on the annuity or life products and marketing programs that IAMS offers
· Provide sales administration, back-office support, marketing and case design to other team members’ agents as needed
· Coordinate with Creative Services team on assigned insurance company marketing efforts as needed
· Maintain agent records in IAMS CRM and provide input for routine sales meeting
Financial Dimensions:
· This position is a base salary plus a monthly bonus plan

· Works with administration and creative services teams
· Works with licensed insurance professionals and carriers across the country
· Works with marketing vendors and business partners who provide annuity or life products/services to IAMS
Qualifications and Requirements:
· High school diploma/GED
· Insurance license or insurance experience, a plus
· Well versed with various life / annuity insurance products & policies
· 3+ years of solid sales, client service & customer acquisition experience preferred
· Must be professional, highly motivated/driven and outgoing
· Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with little supervision
· Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills
· Strong interpersonal & communication skills; ability to interact at all levels including Management
· Ability to multitask and to prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with “follow-up until resolved” mindset
· Must escalate appropriate issues in a timely fashion
· Must be detail oriented with accuracy
Compensation and Benefits
· Base salary plus attractive bonus plan
· Company year-end bonus if Company goals are achieved
· Medical health insurance after 90 days of employment – 100% paid employee premium
· Monthly Company paid HSA contributions between $100 - $200 after 90 days of employment
· 401K retirement plan after 12 months of employment – employer match up to 4%
· 7 paid holidays
· PTO – (0-3 years) = 15 days per year; accrued at 1.25 days per month
(4+ years) = 20 days per year; accrued at 1.67 days per month
