The New England Area Sales Manager is accountable for all sales-related activity in all New England region branches of a rapidly growing Independent Mortgage Banking Company. This role includes meeting targeted goals in funding, retention of sales team members, and recruiting. This position also requires high-level strategizing with other team members to meet organizational goals for continued enterprise growth.

• Recruit and grow the enterprise sales team by FTE LOs consistent with the predefined goals.
• Recruit and grow the enterprise dollar fundings consistent with the predefined goals.
• Retain existing sales team by creating and implementing key leadership strategies, sales training, and recognition activities designed to reward and incentive top performers.
• Manage and oversee any direct report Branch Managers, and any of those Branch Managers direct report LOs as needed.
• Work with the operations center so that it is designed to support full service sales including processing, underwriting, and closing consistent with the needs of the funding volume.
• Ensure that all LOs are meeting enterprise established Minimum Funding Standards
• Facilitate communicating the organizational message in the marketplace through coordinating realtor events, marketing materials, and social media presence.
• Conduct sales training and oversee sales team education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $102,231.00 - $114,446.00 per year
