Andal Law Group, an established civil litigation law firm in Orange/Anaheim area [Near the Honda Center/Anaheim Stadium and 57/22/5/55 freeways] seeks a full-time licensed Associate Attorney to join its diverse, energetic and supportive team. Willing to train the right person. It is a great opportunity to get in-depth Litigation Experience. Practice areas include personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, workers compensation and medical malpractice. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Provisional licensees will not be considered.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Preparing discovery, respond to discovery requests, and prepare discovery meet and confer correspondence
• Preparing for and attending hearings, depositions and trials.
• Second chairing trials and arbitrations.
• Pre-litigation case managing and negotiations

Qualifications:

• Outstanding attention to detail and high level of organizational skills
• Exceptional oral advocacy and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Strong professional communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work load

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
