Well established Maitland First-Party and SIU Insurance Defense firm is looking to fill a 0-3 year associate attorney position. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, highly organized, require minimal supervision, have excellent writing skills, and motion practice and deposition experience.

Duties will include analysis of claim file materials, drafting litigation plans, motions, deposition questions and analyze testimony, prepare hearing argument, compile exhibits for use in depositions and hearings, and conduct legal research for motions and coverage opinions.

Skilled Associate Attorneys attend and argue hearings, take depositions, and participate in trial, and are given feedback, mentorship, and advancement opportunities.

Prior litigation or insurance experience is a plus, but not required. However, work ethic and self-motivation is required.
